The shop

Twelve years
on the block.

We opened in a narrow storefront on East 6th with two chairs and a hand-painted sign. Not much has changed: same chairs, same standards, a few more hands. No apps, no upsells - just a barber who remembers how you like it.

★★★★★
“Found Rook + Razor eight years ago and haven't let anyone else near my head since. Marcus remembers the length without me saying a word.”

★★★★★
“The hot towel shave is worth the trip alone. Forty minutes where nobody can reach you and you leave looking like a person again.”
Priya N.Brooklyn
★★★★★
“Ana is the first barber who actually understood my curls instead of fighting them. Walked in skeptical, walked out telling everybody.”
