Questions.

Do you take walk-ins?
Always. We hold two chairs open most afternoons and all day Sunday. Weekday mornings are the safest bet; Saturday after noon is the worst. If we can't take you within thirty minutes, we'll tell you straight instead of parking you on the bench.
How far ahead should I book?
About a week for a specific barber, two or three days for whoever's free. Regulars can rebook their next appointment at the register before they leave, which is how most of our Saturday slots go.
What if I don't like the cut?
Tell us before you leave the chair and we'll fix it right then. If you get home and something's bothering you, come back within a week and we'll sort it out at no charge. This happens a few times a year and nobody makes it weird.
Do you cut all hair types?
Yes. Ana and Marcus both specialise in textured and curly hair, and every barber here has trained on a full range. If a particular barber isn't the right match for your hair, we'll say so and point you to the one who is.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No fee if you give us two hours' notice. Repeated no-shows will get you asked to prepay next time - that's it, that's the whole policy.
Can I bring my kid?
Please do. First cuts get the booster board, a certificate, and however long it takes. We keep the clippers on the quietest setting and nobody rushes.
